Salad with Chinnese Cabbage Recipe

A bright and healthy salad for the winter and not only. I love these salads, they are very tasty and I spend a little time cooking.

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken fillet, cool and cut into cubes.
  2. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.
  3. Then slice the tomatoes. Since the salad eventually turns out juicy enough to avoid getting excess liquid from the tomatoes, I usually do this: cut the tomato into slices, cut out the inside with the seeds.
  4. Now you can cut tomatoes into strips without fear of releasing excess juice.
  5. Next, cut the Chinese cabbage into strips.
  6. Now the olives. At this stage, I salted and seasoned with oil, because then it will be difficult to mix everything well with cheese. At the end, cut the cheese into cubes, add to the salad and mix gently.
