Salad with Daikon and Chicken Recipe

A soft, refreshing salad will serve as a good addition to a family dinner. I suggest you cook this simple salad with me.

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken fillet, cut into cubes.
  2. Grate the radish on a Korean grater.
  3. Boil the quail eggs and cut them into quarters.
  4. Combine the chopped chicken fillet and eggs, grated radish, canned peas in a bowl.
  5. Add salt and mayonnaise to taste (1 tablespoon).
  6. Put the salad in serving salad bowls, sprinkle with green onions.
