Salad with Daikon and Chicken Recipe

  1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into cubes.
  2. Grate the radish on a Korean grater.
  3. Boil the quail eggs and cut them into quarters.
  4. Mix the chopped chicken fillet and eggs, grated radish and canned peas in a bowl.
  5. Season with salt and mayonnaise to taste (1 tablespoon).
  6. Arrange the salad in serving bowls and sprinkle with green onions.
