Salad with Kiwi Recipe
Kiwi salad is a very light, refreshing and original dish made from fresh and juicy vegetables and fragrant cheese. It is very well suited to both the festive table and everyday thanks to the simplicity and speed of cooking. Kiwi in this salad demonstrates its ability to combine well with other products. Meat or fish can be served with the salad.

Ingredients
- 50 gram Cheese hard (Cheddar)
- 2 pieces Kiwi
- 0.5 pieces Lemon (juice)
- 4 tablespoons Corn (canned)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 piece Cayenne pepper (small piece)
- 1 piece Red hot pepper (0.5 pieces - red, and 0.5 - yellow)
- 4 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- Salt (to taste)
- Sesame
Instructions
- Peel kiwi, cut into thin half rings. Wash the sweet pepper, remove the insides and tails, cut into strips. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut into halves. Cut the cheese into small cubes (1x1 cm).
- We make the dressing: squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add olive oil and a finely chopped piece of hot pepper, salt a little, mix.
- Put kiwi, pepper, cheese, tomatoes, corn in a salad bowl (pre-draining the liquid), pour the dressing on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
