Salad with Pork and Pickled Cucumber Recipe
New Year's holidays are just around the corner. Are you already thinking about the New Year's table menu? This year I decided to cook a buffet version. A little bit of everything and when serving. This salad is also in the plans. Maybe you could use it.

Ingredients
For Salad
- 100 gram Pickled cucumber
- 100 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 100 gram Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 200 gram Boiled pork
- 3 tablespoons Dill
For Dressing
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
Instructions
- For the salad, I used crispy cucumbers.
- Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips.
- Bulgarian pepper is also cut into strips.
- Cut the pork into strips.
- Cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown in butter. Allow to cool completely.
- Mix all the ingredients for the salad, add finely chopped dill.
- For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, grainy mustard and soy sauce.
- Put the salad in a cream bowl and pour the sauce over it.
