Ingredients
Salad
- 250 gram Prawns (in garlic or ginger marinade)
- 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 piece Celery root
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Lemon juice to taste
- Allspice to taste
- 1 pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Pepper, onion and celery cut into small cubes, cut cherry tomatoes into halves.
- Clean the prawns and either cut them up or use them whole, adding them to the vegetables (leave a few shrimps with tails for decoration). You can buy ready-made shrimps, or you can marinate them yourself by mixing them with garlic, chopped herbs, lemon juice and vegetable oil.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing, pour it into the salad, mix.
