Ingredients
Salad
- 150 gram Salmon
- 150 gram Tomato
- 150 gram Cheese smoked
- 1 piece Lettuce leaves
- 2 pieces Egg
Dressing
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
Dressing (second option)
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Boil a piece of salmon (I have chum salmon) in salted water with a little lemon juice and salt. Cool and mash it with a fork, removing all the bones.
- Finely chop the tomato.
- Grate the smoked sausage cheese on a grater (it will give the salad a smoked flavor).
- Finely chop the lettuce leaves.
- For an easy dressing, mix two types of mustard (regular and grainy) with lemon juice, soy sauce and butter.
- If you want a thicker dressing, use mayonnaise instead of butter.
- Spread the salad in layers, watering each layer with dressing to your liking. Finely chop the egg and sprinkle with lettuce on top or cut into slices (like mine).
