Ingredients
- 120 gram Fish (lightly salted salmon)
- Soy sauce to taste
- 120 gram Soft cheese
- 130 gram Cucumber
- 130 gram Tomato
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- Cut the fish into thin strips.
- Mix fish and vegetables.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on plates - put the vegetables and fish on top.
