The recipe for this salad was made by me during a diet. It is very tasty and, despite the low calorie content, satisfying. It can perfectly replace a full meal.
Put the tuna fillet out of the jar and divide it into small pieces. If there are bones, remove them.
Cut the tomato into cubes with a side of about 2 cm. Spread in a salad bowl.
Cut the cucumber in the same way as the tomato into cubes with a side of 2 cm. Spread in a salad bowl.
Finely chop the dill greens and sprinkle it over the salad. In a small jar or small salad bowl, mix vegetable oil, honey and soy sauce. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix. For a long time, it is advisable not to leave the salad, as the vegetables will lose their crispness.
