  • 450 gram Turkey schnitzel
  • 2 twigs Greens for topping the finished dish

Instructions

  1. To prepare the dish, I will use ready-made schnitzels. Package weight-450 g, number of schnitzels-4 PCs. For a picnic, I will put schnitzels on wooden skewers and bake them with vegetables: potatoes and zucchini, made in Greek. Wooden skewers should be soaked in water. Peel the potatoes and zucchini. Cut into slices arbitrarily not thick (see the photo). Put in a bowl, pour olive oil, squeeze the juice from the lemon, sprinkle with oregano, thyme, sweet paprika and salt. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. I'll bake it under the grill. Spread the skewered schnitzels on a suitable roaster (frying pan, baking sheet...). If there are no skewers, then it is not necessary to skewer the schnitzels. You can skip this point and put it simply. Lay out the vegetables in a single layer in all the available places on the roaster. Oil with lemon juice, remaining in the bowl, sprinkle the top of the laid out products. We put it under the grill for 30 minutes, I set the T-170 C. All products will be prepared in one time!
  3. To serve, put everything on a beautiful dish, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and serve.
