In a bowl, add eggs, flour, salt and sour cream and whisk.
Add black pepper and mix again until smooth.
String the sausages on a long skewer, make incisions in a circle and pull them into a spiral.
Pour the dough into a tall glass and dip the sausage, then put it in boiling oil and fry very quickly on all sides (this happens literally for a couple of minutes, because we only need to take the dough). Place the finished spirals on a paper towel and let the oil drain completely.
Serve the finished spirals with sauce! Enjoy your meal!
