Pour 0.5 tsp of salt into 300 g of flour, put 50 g of softened butter and stir into the crumbs, add milk and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thick, sprinkle with grated cheese and crushed pepper 3 pcs. Roll tightly into a roll, cut into pieces. Pour the sauce into a baking dish and place the pieces of the roll on top, slightly pressing them inside.
