Spicy Pumpkin Fritter with Cheese Recipe
In the pumpkin season, I want to cook as many interesting and healthy dishes as possible from this queen of autumn. I bring to your attention pumpkin pancakes, but not classic sweet, but spicy with cheese, ginger and garlic.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Pumpkin
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 glass Flour
- Ginger
- 5 cloves Garlic
- Dill, parsley
- Vegetable oil
- Allspice

- Peel the pumpkin from the seeds and peel. Grate the pumpkin and cheese on a coarse grater.
- Mix pumpkin, cheese, add eggs, flour, chopped greens. I had parsley and dill, I think basil would be good. Add the chopped garlic and ginger (I just grated it on a fine grater), add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
- And leave it for a while! Do not be upset if it seems to you that the "dough" is too "dry". When I was making these pancakes for the first time, I hesitated and added a little milk. As a result, after standing, the dough became watery. You can't do this anymore, just leave the dough for about 1 hour.
- Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil over medium heat, spreading with a spoon in a frying pan.
