- First, cut the pork into medium cubes. I took pork ribs, you can take a tenderloin or a neck — at your discretion.
- Then we prepare the marinade. In a container with meat, put pre-chopped onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, a little lemon juice for piquancy of taste, adjika and garlic cloves. In the final, we fall asleep with a mixture of Italian herbs. If you want to form a composition of herbs yourself, it is better to use coriander, rosemary and thyme. All the contents are thoroughly mixed. Keep the pork in the marinade for 30-40 minutes.
