Tortillas with Beans and Avocado Recipe
Sometimes on a fine summer day you want to go on a picnic or just sit with friends in the fresh air, but there is no opportunity to cook a barbecue (desire, strength, etc.). Then we have various types of snacks: sandwiches, sandwiches, rolls, pita bread... I suggest you try my version-tortillas, which are so convenient to take with you!

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tortilla
- 1 jar Beans canned
- 1 piece Avocado
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 piece Chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons Soy paste
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Green Onion for serve
Instructions
- Drain the liquid from the beans, chop the garlic, put it in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, add soy sauce and wine vinegar and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates. Cool the beans, mash them slightly.
- Tomatoes (peeled from seeds) and avocado cut into cubes, pour lemon juice over the avocado. Chop the parsley and chili pepper.
- Mix the prepared ingredients.
- Put a lettuce leaf on the tortilla, and the filling on it (in the middle). Roll the tortilla into an envelope, tie it with green onions.
