Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 20 gram Parsley
- 40 gram Green Onion
- 40 gram Dill
- 150 gram Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables and herbs, dry them.
- Cut the cucumbers into quarters.
- Cut the peppers into half rings.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Mix the vegetables and herbs. Season with thick natural yogurt, pepper and mix.
