  3. Grate the pumpkin on a Korean grater.
  4. For dressing, mix olive oil, wine (apple) vinegar, squeeze half a lemon.
  5. On the dish we spread all the chopped vegetables, sliced cucumber, and also lay out the petals for our salad - it turned out to be a flower with colorful petals.
  6. Carefully pour the dressing over our salad and serve - at any time.
