  1. Grate carrots, cucumber and cheese on a grater (preferably on Korean, if not, then on a regular large one).
  2. Add the crushed garlic (I have it through a garlic press), add salt, pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise.
  3. Stir and serve.
  4. Ready.
