Vegetable Stew with Zucchini Recipe

- 900 gram Zucchini
- 300 gram Onion
- 300 gram Carrot
- 1 piece Sweet pepper
- 700 gram Tomato
- 0.5 tablespoons Salt
- 11 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
- 0.75 glasses Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Ingredients.
- Peel the garlic and prepare it for chopping.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent, transfer to the frying pan in which the stew was prepared.
- Separately fry in vegetable oil for 7 minutes chopped carrots with strips of sweet pepper.
- Put them in a frying pan with onions.
- Peel the zucchini, cut into cubes, and simmer in vegetable oil for 13 minutes.
- Chop the tomatoes in a blender.
- Simmer the chopped tomatoes for 15 minutes. Put the blanks of zucchini and tomatoes in a pot with vegetables, pepper, salt.
- Mix everything and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. At the end, add the chopped garlic.
