Ingredients
Dough:
- 3 pieces Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 120 ml Milk
- 90 ml Vegetable oil
- 160 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Filling:
- 150 gram Buckwheat
- 150 gram Smoked sausage
- 200 gram Mushrooms
- 200 gram Onion
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 80 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 1/2 bunch Herbs
Instructions
- For the pie you will need boiled buckwheat.
- For the filling, cut the bell pepper and sausage.
- Fry mushrooms and onions in oil. I had frozen mushrooms, you can take fresh ones.
- Mix buckwheat with sausage, bell pepper and fried onion with mushrooms.
- For the dough, lightly whisk the eggs with salt and sugar, add milk and vegetable oil
- Add flour and baking powder, mix the dough so that there are no lumps.
- Put the filling into the dough and add any chopped fresh herbs (I had green onions).
- Mix the filling with the dough. Pour the dough into a greased form and put it in a preheated oven. Bake until a dry match is obtained. I cooked it for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees, focus on your oven.
- The finished cake turns out delicious both hot and cold. And it may well replace dinner for the whole family. And also help out if you suddenly have unexpected guests!
