Marinate the salmon for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and avocado and cut into strips.
  4. Wash the greens, dry them. Tear the salad into large pieces, tear off the stalks of basil and arugula.
  5. Salmon is lightly fried in a frying pan without adding oil. No more than 5 minutes.
  6. At the end of frying, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and soy sauce to taste. Before serving, garnish the salad with slices of tangerines, peeled from the films. Tangerine will give your salad a very pleasant sweet and spicy taste!
