Ingredients
Strawberry "Flambe":
- 300 gram Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 50 gram Sugar
Cream cheese:
- 200 gram Cream cheese
- 200 ml Cream (33%)
- 80 gram Sugar powder
- Vanilin to taste
Other dessert fillers:
- 1 teaspoon Coffee instant
- 100 ml Water hot
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 4 pieces Mint for filing
- Sugar powder to taste
- 12 pieces Cookies Savoyardi sticks
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries, remove the tails, dry them with a paper towel. I have different-sized strawberries, but I didn't cut them.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan.
- Put the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar.
- As soon as the juice starts to stand out from the strawberries, pour strong alcohol: rum, cognac, etc., I generally took Sambuca, it turned out a very piquant aftertaste. Setting it on fire, I used a gas burner. As soon as the fire goes out, set aside and allow the strawberries to cool completely.
- Prepare the cream cheese. Mix the curd cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and whisk everything with a mixer into the cream. I got a little runny, so I froze a little.
- Brew coffee 1 teaspoon per 100 ml of boiling water. Let it cool.
- Chop savoyardi sticks into 4 parts.
- To serve, take glasses. For the convenience of dessert decoration, the cream was put in a cooking bag with a nozzle. At the bottom of the glass, put a little cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Chopsticks savoyardi dip in coffee and put the next layer.
- Put a few strawberries with juice.
- The next layer is cream again.
- On top of the cream, put strawberries "flambe". Decorate with mint, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
