Try cooking these baked ribs in the oven. There are many recipes for cooking pork ribs on the site. I will offer my own version, maybe someone will come in handy.
Mix everything for the marinade ( try and adjust the amount of spices to your taste) add the marinade to the ribs, mix. Cover and remove for 6 hours in the cold. Put in a mold, add a little marinade, cover with foil. Bake in the oven at t 180 for 1 hour. Then remove the foil and bake until ready.
