Sprinkle the pork ribs with smoked paprika, ajika, and salt to taste. Add the garlic cut into circles and pour over the olive oil. RUB the ready-made spice mixture into the ribs on both sides and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Mix the grated cheese and chopped dill in a bowl.
Transfer the ribs to a baking dish. Make deep cuts between the bones and stuff with cheese and dill. Cover the form with ribs with foil.
Put in a preheated oven to 200° for 50 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and let it brown. Focus on your oven.
