Ingredients
- 300 gram Beet
- 100 gram Mushrooms
- 100 gram Onion
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- Allspice (to taste)
- Greenery
- Lettuce leaves
- 50 ml Vinegar (or lemon juice)
Instructions
- Boil the beets, peel them, cut them into thin strips or grate them on a coarse grater.
- Cut the onion into thin rings.
- Scald the onion with boiling water.
- Chop the mushrooms, I took the pickled mushrooms. If you take fresh or frozen, respectively, boil and slice them too.
- Mix everything in a salad bowl. If desired, add pepper. Prepare a dressing of vinegar (you can take lemon juice, citric acid), water, salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Pour the salad, let it brew, put it on a slide, decorate with lettuce leaves, any greens (I have cilantro), olives, if desired. To clarify, I took half a teaspoon of acetic acid (70%) and 50 ml of water for refueling.
