Beetroot and Apple Salad Recipe
A nice, fresh fruit and vegetable salad! The horseradish is just what we needed, really enriches the flavor of these simple ingredients! Perfect as a side dish to poultry or meat, and can serve as a light snack. Salad, of course, first of all will appeal to the ladies! Help yourself! The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the baking (cooking) of beets.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Beetroot
- 1 piece Apple
- 1-2 tsp Horseradish
- 1-2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Greens to taste
Instructions
- Products for the salad. Beetroot bake in foil in the oven at 180*-190* 50-60 min. The time will depend on the size of the vegetable. You can cook it.
- Peel the apple from the core, cut into a medium cube, pour over the lemon juice. Peel the beets and cut them into medium cubes. Combine everything in a bowl, add salt, add a little sugar.
- Season the salad liberally with sour cream, add horseradish. To improve the taste. Serve with a sprinkle of green onions and chopped dill.
