Ingredients
- 500 gram Beet boiled
- 250 gram Canned mushrooms
- 200 gram Green peas (canned)
- 1 piece Pickled cucumber
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut the beets and cucumbers into small cubes.
- Wash the mushrooms and finely chop them. Chop the onion.
- Add the strained green peas and minced garlic. Season with salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil to taste. Mix well.
- Ready.
