Bread without kneading Recipe
It was with this bread that my baby ate a sandwich with butter for the first time, although attempts to offer him such a sandwich have already been repeatedly. The bread is very worthy of attention, completely uncomplicated and delicious!!!

Ingredients
- 3 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 1,5 teaspoon Salt
- 1,5 glass Water warm
Instructions
- Prepare flour, water, salt and yeast.
- Mix all the ingredients by hand several times so that the flour simply absorbs water. It seemed to me that this amount of water was not enough, and I added another half a glass.
- Leave the dishes in our trough for at least 12 hours (up to 24).
- Preheat the oven to 230-250 C together with a saucepan, a saucepan, any heat-resistant container with a lid.
- Sprinkle the table with flour, lay out our dough and quickly assemble it into an envelope, then sprinkle with flour and semolina (wheat), put our spreading dough on a towel and use towels to put our future bread in a hot mold. It does not need to be greased and dusted!
- Bake under the lid for about 30 minutes. And without it - 15 minutes before browning. I also tried not to remove the lid, everything is fine! I do not play with a towel, immediately sprinkle the table with flour and semolina, imitated the movement when folding the envelope and gathered the dough into a baking dish with my hands.
- How to bake, put on the grill and cover with a towel for 10 minutes. We strongly recommend it to lovers of homemade bread! Absolutely hassle-free option. If you can knead the dough in the evening at seven o'clock in the morning, going to work, your bread will be baked!
