Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 40 gram Soft cheese (with blue mold)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
Instructions
- Defrost the shrimp at room temperature, season with salt and pepper and leave for 15 minutes.
- For breading, you will need 3 containers for flour, eggs and crackers. Add a little salt to each dough. Roll the first shrimp in flour on both sides.

- Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Place the fried shrimp on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- For the sauce: mix mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard.
- Add the cheese, grated on a fine grater, and mix. Fill cocktail cups with sauce, lay out the shrimp and serve immediately.
