1. Wash and divide the cauliflower into florets. Boil the required amount of water. Pour boiling water over the cabbage for 1-2 minutes and put it in a colander.
2. Add salt and pepper to the flour to taste, and mix. In another bowl, shake the eggs. In the third, pour the ground breadcrumbs.
3. Grease the mold with oil. Roll the inflorescences in flour, dip them in an egg, and then - in ground breadcrumbs. Place in a mold and pour each inflorescence with melted butter.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until tender. Serve with garlic sauce.
