Fish sausages made of cod fillets is very loved in our home. Therefore, I cook them quite often. Tasty, crispy, ruddy, Golden brown crust and delicate, juicy, fragrant structure inside these sausages are the main advantages of this recipe. It is ideal to serve with sour cream sauce! Fish fillet cod (about 850 g) skip along with a small piece of fat, 1 head of onions (medium size) and bread soaked in milk (30 ml).
Add 2 eggs, salt, black pepper and suneli to taste. Mix well. If suddenly the stuffing turned out to be watery, then you should add a little flour and mix again.
Now you need to prepare 3 containers for breading. In the first container put the flour, the second - beaten 2 eggs, the third - breadcrumbs. All conveniently put in one row next to the pan. Breadcrumbs should be closest to the pan.
Now from the prepared minced meat form a semi-finished product in the form of sausages. They are almost the size of a palm and have a cylindrical shape in contrast to the cutlets.
Formed sausage first I carefully roll in flour, then in egg mixture, again put in flour and again in egg mixture. Only after that I turn to the collapse of sausages in breadcrumbs.
Sausages put in a well-heated pan with plenty of vegetable oil and fry evenly on all sides until Golden brown.
Fried fish sausages I spread first on a paper towel to remove excess vegetable oil. And then shift to a baking sheet, covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until ready for about 15-20 minutes.
"Breaded fish sausages" are ready!
Serve with sour cream sauce, and on the side I have today boiled potatoes with radishes and dill.
