For a romantic new Year's eve, prepare prawns in a spicy, spicy, coconut milk sauce. The festive mood of the dish will be enhanced by strawberries. For the first time, I prepared a sauce with coconut milk! It turned out to be fantastically delicious!
Clean the shrimps from the shell and heads, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and cut them in the same way as onions.
Grate the ginger on a fine grater.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Cut the tomato in half and grate.
Hot pepper finely chop in the amount of 1 tsp.
Do not spare hot pepper and ginger, they are appropriate in this dish.
In the heated oil, saute the onion and pepper for 5-7 minutes.
Add tomatoes, black pepper and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in the coconut milk, lemon juice, add ginger, and cook for 5 minutes.
The sauce should be sharp, slightly salty, with sourness.Put the prawns, sprinkle with herbs and warm up.
If you have shrimp not cooked - adding them to the sauce, cook 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve the dish with lettuce leaves. They have shrimp sauce on them.
Coconut milk and ginger gave a delicious combination of sauce and shrimp.
Add strawberries as a side dish and garnish with mint greens.
