Ingredients
- 1 bunch Arugula
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 10 pieces Green olives
- 10 pieces Black olives
- 1 handful Crackers (wheat)
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic
- 1 tsp Honey
Instructions
- Tear or cut the arugula.
- Tear or cut the lettuce.
- Cherry tomatoes cut into halves or quarters.
- Olives (free from seeds) cut.
- For refueling, mix all the ingredients. Mix the salad, pour the sauce, put the pieces cheese and wheat crackers on top.
