Brownies Recipe
This is probably the most delicious sweet dough recipe I've ever cooked. At home we always have 2 chocolates in case we "want something sweet". But my dietary nature, unfortunately, does not allow me to eat this dessert often. What should I do? Ingredients
- 2 pieces Egg white
- 100 gram Fruit puree
- 4 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 60 gram Milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- Sugar to taste
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- In fact, everything is very simple. Melt the chocolate. Mix with protein fruit puree until smooth. At the same stage, add sugar. Add the melted chocolate to the egg-fruit mixture. Salt.
- Add cocoa and flour. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. The dough should be thick.
- Transfer the dough to a silicone mold and bake until ready. It took me about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. But it is better, of course, to focus on your oven.
- When the brownie is ready, such a crust will form on top.
- Our brownie is ready! It turns out to be moderately sweet, dense, chocolate, but absolutely low-fat!
