Buckwheat Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 glass Buckwheat
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- Flour wheat / Flour
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- In boiled and cooled buckwheat, add cottage cheese, grated through a sieve or passed through a meat grinder, add eggs, sugar, salt. Mix well. From the resulting mass, form chops, roll them in flour.
- Fry in oil on 2 sides.
- Chops are served with sour cream. The same balls (without sour cream) can be served with soup or pickle.
