Buckwheat with Garlic and Tomatoes Recipe
A very simple lean dish. It is prepared quickly. The set of products is very modest.

Instructions
Measure the required amount of cereals, wash it with water.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
In a preheated frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Spread the chopped onion and garlic. Fry until golden brown over medium heat.
Then add the washed buckwheat to the pan.

Add salt and water to the pan. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cook for 10 minutes.
After the specified time, add the tomatoes to the pan. (Can be frozen). Cook for another 10 minutes.

Spread the buckwheat on a plate. Serve with pickled mushrooms and herbs.
