Bulgur with Beans Recipe
A very simple and delicious dinner without meat in a hurry from bulgur, which is becoming more and more popular in our regions and finds its fans, as it is a very tasty porridge made of steamed wheat. Ingredients
- 150 gram Bulgur
- 360 gram Bean (Canned)
- Green Onion
- 60 gram Dried apricot
- 400 ml Water
- 60 gram Butter
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 0.3 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon Spices
- 1 twig Melissa
Instructions
- Boil the bulgur: pour the grits with water, add the seasoning and cook for 15 minutes.
- Melissa should also be cut.
- Drain the liquid from the beans. Cut dried apricots into strips, green onions into rings. Heat the butter, fry the green onions for 2 minutes, add the dried apricots.
- Then add bulgur, beans, cinnamon, salt and black pepper, lemon balm and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
- Let it brew for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
