Pour the bulgur into a bowl, pour boiling water over it so that it is completely covered with it, and leave for 20 minutes so that the cereal absorbs water. I boiled bulgur in accordance with the instructions on the package.
Marinate a piece of feta in a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (I had to settle for white wine vinegar).
Chop the cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and mix them in a bowl.
Add the chopped basil.
Pour in the finished bulgur.
Crumble the feta into large pieces and add to the bowl. Mix it. Serve as an independent dish or, if desired, as a side dish.
