Cabbage Salad Recipe
I suggest you try a wonderful old salad made from the simplest ingredients. The salad turns out to be very tasty, juicy and vitamin-rich. Nostalgia for Soviet canteens and homemade food of those distant times, when wonderful delicious dishes were created from a minimum of ingredients!

Instructions
- We prepare food. Take dishes, preferably enameled, it will not oxidize from the juice.
- Chop the cabbage very finely.
- Put it in a bowl. Grate the carrots on a grater, not very large, and chop the onion not very finely. Add sugar and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon and start working with your hands. Rub the cabbage with your fingers so that it gives juice.
- Add sunflower oil. The oil should have an unrefined smell, as it was before, and the taste of cabbage will be the same.
- Stir, let it brew a little.
- Serve.
