Ingredients
- 300 gram Cabbage
- 1 piece Carrot
- Dill
- 1/2 pieces Red hot pepper
- Spices (to taste: salt, citric acid, sugar)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame (black)
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cabbage, mash it with your hands so that it becomes softer and juicier. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the dill finely. Hot pepper, without peeling from the seeds, cut as small as possible.
- Add butter, sugar, citric acid and salt . Add sesame seeds. Stir the salad.
