Instructions
- For the filling, we break the egg into the cottage cheese. Add sugar, vanilla.
- Peel the banana. Cut into small cubes. Add to the curd mass.
- Mix well. Add about 1 tablespoon of flour. Once again, mix everything.
- Thin pita bread is cut into strips about 15 cm wide.
- We distribute the curd mass along the edge of the lavash strip. We twist it into a tube.
- I got 6 tubes. The baking dish is oiled. I have a diameter of 22 cm. We put the tubes in the form of a snail.
- Prepare the filling. Mix kefir, egg and a little sugar. Mix everything with a fork.
- Fill the cake with the resulting mixture.
- We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
