Mash the bananas with a fork or chop them in a blender;
Whisk flour, fiber and ground peanuts in a blender;
Mix it. Assemble a tight ball;
Take arbitrary molds and tamp the dough with a fork (I used 4 cake molds, but you can take one regular bread mold);
Bake in a preheated 190° oven for 20 minutes;
Beat the cold egg whites with a mixer until a white foam forms. Pour the cottage cheese into the whites and whisk everything again;
Bring the agar-agar swollen in milk to a boil over low heat and boil for 2 minutes. Pour into the cottage cheese with egg and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture onto the cooled base and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Garnish with nuts and serve, or you can leave it. Both are very tasty.

The pie turned out to be incredibly tasty, nutritious and healthy. It will bring energy, positive emotions and enrich with the necessary nutrients.
Let it not be so beautiful, but this is the most delicious pastry that I have come up with. Enjoy your meal!
