Canapes with Mozzarella Recipe
Light, delicious, tender and refreshing canapes of zucchini and mozzarella with sour cream sauce! Ingredients
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 150 gram Mozzarella
- 4 tablespoons Sour cream
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- Peel the zucchini and cut into rings of medium thickness (they should not break from the subtleties, but also be very thick too)
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the zucchini rings on both sides, adding salt. Take it out when brown spots appear on the zucchini.
- Then wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into quarters.
- Cut the mini mozzarella balls in half or cut into a large piece of mozzarella according to the size of the canapé.
- Prepare sour cream sauce; add to the sour cream: for example, dried garlic powder, ground chili pepper, oregano or other Italian spices, salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
- Zucchini is spread on a plate and each ring is smeared with sour cream sauce. For the sour cream, add the tomatoes cut into quarters (since I have small tomatoes and large zucchini, I put two together) and again a little sour cream sauce. It remains to spread mozzarella on each piece of canapé, and that's it!
