Light, tasty, tender and refreshing zucchini and mozzarella canapés with sour cream sauce! You can serve them as a vegetable snack to the main dishes, offer guests to cook them for the holidays, take them on a picnic or enjoy them just like that! Made quickly and from the available ingredients! Bon appetit!
Zucchini peel and cut into rings of medium thickness (they should not break from the subtleties, but also to be very thick, too)
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the rings of courgettes on both sides, salting. Remove when the zucchini will become brown spots.
Then wash cherry tomatoes and cut into quarters.
Mini mozzarella balls cut in half or cut into a large piece of mozzarella for the size of the canapés.
Prepare sour cream sauce; in sour cream add: for example, dried garlic powder, chili powder, oregano or other Italian spices, salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
On a plate spread courgettes and each ring smeared with sour cream sauce. For sour cream add the quartered tomatoes (because I have little tomatoes and the zucchini are large, I put two together) and again, a little sour cream sauce. It remains to put mozzarella on each piece of canapés and you're done!
