Sift the flour with baking powder and add it to the eggs in 3 steps. Stir with a spatula.
At the end, add the melted butter. Mix well again.
Pour the dough into the mold. I have an 18 cm long ring.
Sprinkle the cherries with flour and add to the dough. Peel the apple and slice it very thinly. Put it on top of the dough.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Top-down mode. My pie was baked for 40 minutes.
After 30 minutes, you can open the oven and pierce with a skewer to check readiness.
