Chicken in Thai Recipe
Chicken breast itself often turns out to be dry, but according to this recipe it is always juicy, spicy and very flavorful. We tried this chicken in Phuket, where we rested with the whole family and even celebrated a wedding with my husband according to local customs.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 1 piece Leek
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 50 gram Cashew
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 piece Bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon Flax seed flour
- 1 bunch Green Onion
Instructions
- Finely chop the chili and garlic.
- Fry in olive oil.
- Shallot cut into half rings, sweet pepper cubes, add to the pan. Fry.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- Roll in flour.
- Add to the pan. Fry everything for 1-2 minutes, then add water and put out everything.
- Add soy sauce. Add the cashews. Fry everything for 5 minutes.
- Serve with green onions.
- Ready.
