Chicken Liver and Cucumber Salad Recipe
Very tasty and hearty liver salad with onion and cucumber. I love it also for the fact that it is prepared literally in 20 minutes. Chicken liver can be replaced with both pork and beef. A fresh cucumber can be replaced with a salted one. It is delicious both warm and cold. I recommend it.
Ingredients
- 150 gram Chicken liver
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Cucumber
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Fry the liver in a frying pan on both sides for 5 minutes, turn it over several times.
- Then add the onion and fry for another 8-10 minutes. Then separate the finished liver from the onion.
- Cut the fresh cucumber into strips.
- Cut the liver into strips.
- Mix the liver, cucumber and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.
