Ingredients
- 200 gram Chicken ready-made: boiled, fried or baked meat
- 100 gram Cream cheese
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 3 twigs Greens to taste: parsley, coriander, tarragon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to taste
- 1 teaspoon Capers to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the chicken meat into pieces. I usually have half a breast left, and I put it on the pate.
- Chop the herbs and garlic at random.
- Cut the nuts into pieces. You don't have to add capers, I just like them better.
- Put everything in a blender, add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Then add the cream cheese and chop everything to the desired consistency – smooth or with small pieces.
- I prefer to grind until smooth. You can not pre-cut anything, just throw everything into a blender or combine and chop, it all depends on the power of your unit. My old one does better with sliced food. Try the ready-made pate to taste, if necessary, add salt, pepper or lemon juice. In principle, you can serve the pate immediately, it is already good, but if you let it stand in the refrigerator (at least half an hour), the taste will become more balanced, and the pate itself will be more dense. I usually cook it in the evening to serve it for Breakfast in the morning.
- Bon Appetit!
