Ingredients
- 70 gram Rice
- 1 piece Chicken breast boiled
- 4 tbsp Leek
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 3/4 glass Orange juice
- 1 handful Pine nuts (peeled)
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- Spices (To taste: salt, pepper mixture)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dill
Instructions
- Put the rice to boil in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, make the dressing. Cut the shallots into thin rings, chop the dill. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, oil, balsamic vinegar, orange juice. Add the onion, dill, and thyme. Mix everything together.
- In a salad bowl, cut the boiled chicken fillet, add the finished rice.
- Put all the dressing in a salad bowl. Mix gently.
