Chicken Thighs on Zucchini Recipe

This dish is prepared quite simply, but it turns out delicious, although I don't really like zucchini. Also, you can prepare a side dish for this dish, if desired! Ingredients
- 2 pieces Zucchini
- 6 pieces Chicken thigh
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Seasoning forc chicken, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the tomato into slices.
- We cut the zucchini with a "washer"
- Cut the cheese into slices.
- Cut the garlic thinly.
- The chicken thigh can be cut arbitrarily, but the pieces should be small. The skin from the chicken thigh needs to be separated, it is not needed.
- Then we salt the chicken pieces, pepper and sprinkle with chicken seasoning. Mix it up.
- Then add the sour cream and mix again. We remove it to the side for 30 minutes, so that the chicken meat is slightly soaked with spices and sour cream.
- On a baking sheet in parchment, we put the zucchini first.
- We put garlic on these zucchini.
- Then we put the chicken pieces with the help of a spoon.
- We lay the cheese.
- We put the tomato on top.
- We send it to the oven until ready at 200 C, about 40 minutes.
